Sajs strawbeery smoothie

1 banana
a handful of strawberries (frozen are better)
1/2 cup of orange juice
4 scoops of lowfat frozen yogurt
a good squeeze of honey

Blend all ingredients and prepare to enter heaven!

Purple Cow

1/4 cup of grape juice 
1 cup of milk
1 banana, sliced
Mix above ingredients in a blender.

Peanut Butter Shake

1 cup of milk
1 ripe banana
1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
Blend together for a delicious high protein drink.

Lowfat smoothie

Bananas or any other fruit
Skim milk
honey (optional for added sweetness)

Beforehand, peel and freeze bananas in a plastic bag. When you are ready, put 8 oz. of slim milk in a blender; Add bananas (1 is enough for a smoothie, 2 for a shake); Blend until smooth; Pour into a cup and enjoy! You can use any type of fresh fruit: Strawberries, apples, or oranges, the possibilities are endless!

Summer blast

16 oz. strawberries
2 very ripe bananas (browning peel)
1 cup sugar
1 Ziploc freezer bag
2 cups ice
1 cup water

Rinse strawberries in cold water and remove stems.
Place strawberries in freezer bag with sugar.
Peel bananas and put in bag. Shake bag.
Put bag in freezer for at least 2 hours.
Pour frozen fruit into blender. Add ice and water. Blend well.
