What’s on the DVD?
There are four main sections to the dvd:

Messenger | Over 6 segments, Frequency’s messenger, Jasper Rutherford, explores prayer, and leads us through some opportunities for us to pray. |

My Story | Roly Miller, a DJ from Dublin, Ireland, now living in London, tells us about his personal story of faith in this short film. |

Leader To Leader | A short film for leaders featuring Archdeacon Edgar Swan, of St. Patrick’s Parish, Greystones, on prayer. |

The Lord’s Prayer | A film version of The Lords Prayer, spoken by individuals from all over Ireland, north and south |

The following worksheets are available to download and print out for your group to use alongside Frequency. You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files.
- Frequency Worksheet – This worksheet works through the various activities that Jasper challenges us to do during the course of the DVD.
- Frequency Leader-to-Leader Worksheet – This worksheet enables you to sit down with your youth leaders and learn together. The leader to leader section of the DVD looks at prayer. We encourage you to sit down with your team over coffee and discuss the questions.
