3Rock Youth runs a youth leaders programme, to train and equip young leaders and offer a place for people who are keen to get involved with 3Rock or youth work, follows is a brief outline of work an emerging leader will be involved with.
Who is it for?
- Have you got a passion for spreading the Gospel throughout young people in the nation?
- Do you have a desire to speak hope into young peoples lives?
- Are you a parish youth leader who feels you need some more skills?
- Are you a volunteer youth worker in your parish and feel you would like to do this as a job?

When?
Starting in September the Programme will consist of about 12 hours a week although this can vary depending on the week, some weeks will have more due to school retreats or events such as Camps, Essential etc.
