Sarah-Jane
2004 Intern, 3Rock Youth Staff member, full-time parish youth leader
The 3Rock Internship helped me to gain the skills and confidence I needed to work in Youth ministry. I already had the passion and desire to work with young people, helping them to see their potential and worth. After completing my year out with 3Rock, gaining the skills and experience necessary, I was offered a full-time youth worker position. I love what I do and I am still very involved in 3Rock Youth.

2007 Intern, currently working part-time as a parish youth leader
3Rock is reaching out to teenagers alongside the Church to bridge this gap, and showing them they have a very important place in their parishes, by running youth events, training days for leaders and creating awareness for youth ministry. I feel very lucky to be able to be a part of this.

The 3Rock Leaders Program is truly a life-changing experience, and that’s not just a cliché! Every day I worked with the team for my year as an intern, and even beyond that in the friendships that I have as a result, I find myself challenged not to be just a better leader but to be a better Christian, so that I can be a proper leader, lead by example and know to whom to point others.
