Being a youth leader / church leader or leading people in anyway is a privillage. However, being a ‘leader’ is not limited to a select few. We are all leaders in some way in our lives. We have the choice how we lead.
There are a few things that make leadership more effective: Support and knowledge. We are eager to offer you both.
